Over the course of many years being the busiest band on Long Island’s East End, perennial “Best of the Best” favorites, Gene and the group have released several full-length CDs consisting of primarily original material, several tunes that have ended up being used on the soundtrack to TV and movie features. These songs will be showcased along with “road tested” classics of roots “rhythm & twang.”

March 2017 saw the release of GUITAR IN THE RAIN, an acclaimed set of rootsy tunes penned and performed by Gene, co-produced by East Hampton’s Johnny Blood.  Making special appearances on the record were Russ Seeger on violin, and Monica Passin, “Li’l Mo”, New York City’s country and rockabilly legend. The record, as well as earlier albums by Gene and the Lone Sharks is available on Itunes, Amazon, CDBaby, Spotify, and at all Gene/Sharks shows.

Gene and co are currently recording new material, much of it written on recent trips to Nashville.  Keep you eye on this website for more information.
